  1. Please share the number from which the money was withdrawn.

  2. We will check the status of the transaction.

  3. Based on the status:

    • The transaction will be reprocessed or resent, OR

    • The customer will be advised to contact MTN if the money is not with PayWay.

This helps ensure the issue is handled promptly and accurately.
