How to Cancel a Withdrawal from My Wallet

Steps to Cancel a Wallet Withdrawal

  1. The customer logs in to their wallet on their mobile phone.

  2. Select the Withdraw option.

  3. Tap on Pending Withdrawal.

  4. Choose Cancel for the transaction.

  5. Tap Yes to confirm the cancellation.

  6. A notification message will appear confirming that the funds have been credited back to the wallet account.

This process ensures that cancelled transactions are safely returned to the customer’s wallet.
