    • The customer receives a secret code after initiating the withdrawal.

  2. Agent Processes Withdrawal

    • Select Mobile Money, then choose the PayWay wallet option.

    • Enter the wallet number provided by the customer.

    • Choose the wallet option as Withdraw.

    • Enter the passcode shared by the customer and confirm the wallet name.

    • Confirm the payment details and complete the transaction.

This process ensures that wallet withdrawals are handled securely and efficiently.
