Missing PayWay Receipt ID – How to Resolve

Information Required

Please share the following details:

  • The number on which the payment was made

  • Terminal number

  • Date range of the transaction

  • Service paid for

  • Amount

Once these details are provided, the agent will check the PayWay platform and inform the retailer of the reason why the receipt ID is missing.

In most cases, a missing receipt ID is due to a failed transaction.
