How to Repair a Printer Using the PayWay Talk App

Steps to Repair the Printer

  1. Power on the printer and ensure it is switched on.

  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.

  3. Go to your phone Settings → Bluetooth and search for available devices.

  4. Select RPP02N (this is how the printer appears).

  5. When prompted for a password, enter 0000 or 1234 to pair the printer.

  6. Go back to the PayWay Talk App.

  7. Open App Settings and tap Printer Setup.

  8. Confirm that the printer light turns blue, indicating a successful connection.

  9. Return to the Main Menu and try printing again.

Following these steps should restore printing functionality.
